• We will not provide refunds, unless the product is defective upon shipment. Returns must be done within 7 days of receiving your shipment. 
• Certain Products can have some discoloration depending on the age.
• We do not sell all natural products, some of our ingredients are synthetic. We use melt & pour soap bases. If you’d like to know what products we use, feel free to reach out via email. 
• Here at Nature’s Bestie Soap Co., we are here for you. If there’s a specific soap/scent you’re looking for that we do not have, reach out and we will see what we can do for you!
• For small orders (below $50), please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed/shipped. For large orders (over $50), please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed/shipped. 
• Please do not place your order unless you have the funds available and ready.
